- Is this a yearly or bi-annual retreat?The Quantum Expansion Experience is an annual retreat, offering participants the opportunity to join us for a transformative journey once a year.
- What is the location of the retreat?The Quantum Expansion Experience will be held in the serene and mystical setting of Sedona, Arizona, where the natural beauty and powerful energy vortexes create the perfect environment for transformation.
- What’s the closest airport?The closest airport to the retreat location is Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG), located approximately 40 miles from Sedona. Alternatively, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is about a 2-hour drive away.
- What are the dates of the retreat?The retreat will take place from September 13th to 15th allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the experience without distractions.
- Is there an itinerary, and how many hours per day does the experience last?Yes, a detailed itinerary outlining the daily schedule and activities of the retreat will be provided to registered participants closer to the retreat start date. We are still finalizing some of the magic! The retreat schedule typically consists of immersive activities and workshops spanning approximately 6 to 8 hours per day, allowing ample time for rest, reflection, and personal exploration.
- What is included in the retreat package?Your retreat package includes three days of immersive in-person workshops, guided meditations, energy healing sessions, and rejuvenating nature excursions.
- What type of accommodation will be provided?While accommodation is not provided as part of the retreat package, participants are welcome to stay close to the Shine Center, where the retreat will be held. The address for the Shine Sanctuary is 162 Coffee Pot Drive, Unit D, in Sedona, AZ 86336. This allows for easy access to the center and the opportunity to immerse oneself fully in the retreat experience.
- What activities are included in the retreat itinerary?The retreat itinerary is carefully curated to leverage the unmatched power of in-person interactions through a blend of transformative workshops, embodiment sessions, energy healing practices, and soulful excursions to sacred sites in Sedona, allowing you to expand your consciousness, deepen your spiritual connection, and amplify your influence and impact in the world.
- Is there a schedule for free time or personal activities during the retreat?Yes, the retreat schedule includes ample free time for reflection, integration, and exploring the beauty of Sedona at your own pace.
- What meals are included?While meals are not included in the retreat package, participants can explore the local dining options in Sedona to nourish their bodies and spirits during their stay. Sedona offers a variety of restaurants and cafes serving delicious and nourishing cuisine to cater to different dietary preferences and tastes, and you will have plenty of time to arrange for and enjoy your meals.
- Is transportation to and from the retreat location provided?Transportation to and from the retreat location is not included in the package. Feel free to explore car rentals, rideshares, carpooling with other retreat attendees, or transportation services like Detours American West (tell them Jim Vaughan sent you)!
- What is the investment for the retreat?The Quantum Expansion Experience is priced at $2,333, offering incredible value for the profound transformation and spiritual growth you'll experience during the retreat. Payment plans are available up to 5 months.
- What is the refund policy?If you encounter an unexpected change in plans, you will have access to a full refund up to 90 days before the retreat start date and a 50% refund within 60 days of the retreat start date. Within 30 days of the retreat start date, no refunds will be issued.
- What should I pack for the retreat?We recommend packing comfortable clothing, a journal, water bottle, sunscreen, hat, snacks, and any personal items you may need for meditation and energy work.
- Is there a minimum age requirement for participants?Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend the retreat.
- Are pets allowed?Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the retreat center.
- Is the retreat wheelchair accessible?Yes, the Shine Center is wheelchair accessible to ensure that all participants can participate in the experience.
- Will there be Wi-Fi or phone signal available at the retreat location?While we encourage unplugging and immersing yourself fully in the retreat experience, Wi-Fi and phone signals are available at the retreat center if needed.
- What is the size of the group for the retreat?To ensure an intimate and personalized experience, the retreat is limited to 25 like-minded participants.
- Are there any additional costs or expenses I should be aware of?The retreat package includes all activities, workshops, and access to amenities at the Shine Center. Participants are responsible for covering their transportation, meals, and accommodations during the retreat. There are no hidden costs or expenses beyond what is outlined in the retreat package.
- Can I extend my stay in Sedona?You are welcome to stay in Sedona as long as you like before and/or after the retreat dates / activities.
- Is there a dress code for the retreat activities?We recommend wearing comfortable and layered clothing that allows for ease of movement during workshops and nature excursions.
- Can I bring a friend or family member who is not participating in the retreat activities?While we encourage you to fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience, you are welcome to bring a friend or family member to accompany you and explore Sedona while you attend the retreat activities. Retreat activities are limited to our 25 registered participants.
- Is the retreat suitable for beginners?Absolutely! The Quantum Expansion Experience is designed to meet you wherever you are on your spiritual journey, whether you’re a seasoned coach or just beginning to explore spirituality and personal growth.
